Support processes for the integration/transfer of data from Contractor’s MM system to Refinery systems to ensure full traceability of materials, equipment and assets Work with other functions to establish and implement a surplus management and disposition program including obsolete asset disposal. Manages external sale processes that include: utilizing surplus buyers, completing surplus transfers and external sales, interfacing with finance as necessary. Involved in metrics collection and reporting cost avoidance from surplus sales and restocking. Work with project and refinery operations to ensure support during pre-commissioning and start-up as well as turnover of assets at the conclusion of Phase 4, includes the purchase oversite of project punch list items. Ensures accurate and prompt material movement transactions Oversees the handling of company-owned materials in various storage yards and movements to and from repair and fabrication shops, and when requested; receives and reviews requirements for material.
