Customers Undertaking work on customer sites, generally within the Highlands: • Meeting customer representatives, forming good working relationships • Installing and Maintaining systems to standards and/or accreditations held by OTEAC (as defined in Work Instructions) • Testing and commissioning systems • Training customers in the use of the systems • Handover of the system to customer Standby/ call-out rota - remain on standby during evenings and weekends, accepting customer calls and providing helpful and constructive support by: • Undertaking phone fixes as a first priority, where this is possible • Visit customer premises and resolve problems when the problem cannot be dealt with over the telephone, within the required time period. Whilst conducting general responsibilities, the Engineer will, as appropriate, promote OTEAC’s full range of services.
