    Working as a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you will take on a hands-on position within the team delivering quantity surveying services for our clients on a variety of pipeline projects, in addition to managing a team and developing work within the client frameworks that you are responsible for. As a Managing Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include: • Providing Senior Quantity Surveying services to our end clients. This will include working across the full project lifecycle from preparing ITT documentation and attending the evaluation meetings through to managing and administering terms and conditions of contract and final accounts / dispute resolution. • Managing the framework agreements in place with clients and developing strong relationships with inpiduals within the business. You will be our client’s point of contact if they have issues or queries in in relation to the agreements and you will also work with the clients to explore new opportunities and develop the work we are already completing for them as appropriate. • Managing a multi-disciplined team. This will include interview and selection, appraisals, work distribution and management, approval of timesheets, training and supporting juniors etc. • Attending monthly management meetings to coordinate and liaise on framework matters. • Providing support to tender proposals when required.
