    Working for a large engineering company in the Burnley region, our client is seeking to hire an experienced Warehouse person to full-fill the following role;


    Purpose of position;

    - Picking, packing, loading and unloading of shipping containers and 40ft trailers

    - Assistance with mobilisation of all equipment

    - Assistance with demobilising equipment returned to HQ from working sites such as generators, compressors, coating frames, surface preparation equipment, blast pots, vacuum blast pots, containers and other types of coating equipment and spare parts

    - Liaising closely with Supply Chain including Goods In, Stores and Shipping

    - Inputting and updating SAP

    - Container fleet management

    - Provide any other assistance that may be necessary to carry out the above duties

    - To attend training courses as and where necessary to ensure personal and team job skills keep pace with legislative and business developments

    - To be aware of the Health & Safety requirements, in accordance with guidelines as set out in the Health & Safety manual

    - Ensure compliance of PIH policies and procedures

    For this role, our client is asking for stores/warehouse experience, candidates to be literate, numerical, good MS Exel skills and ideally SAP experience.

    Working Hours: 8am to 4.30am Monday to Friday
