Prepare and measurement task: Prepare final list of the valve/actuator list to be measured using HBO Input for components already performed Identify the components for which technical clarifications ( CR, FCR , DCRs..) are ongoing. Exchange with the Valve team and or the responsible project engineer to get precise put. Make sure the equipment needed for measurement is available, calibrated and functional. Support equipment like cranes for the actuators to be tested shall be organized well in advance. Make sure the access to the components to be measured is possible and allowed. The OL3 permit-to-Test process shall be applied Make sure the HSE aspect of the task are covered by appropriate analysis (MSRA) Perform the measurement task Liaise with Field commissioning team in charge of execution of Standard Commissioning Instruction SCI 52 before performing the measurements. Perform the measurement task by applying the dedicated procedures applicable for the valve kind Make a quick review of the result before removing the measurement equipment and exchange with the valve team/responsible project engineer / valve engineering department if necessary. Measurement Evaluation: Ensure the evaluation criteria are available on the evaluation software Make an evaluation of the measurement using the dedicated measurement software Print-out, sign and archive the evaluation protocols properly Periodically, a backup of the databases shall be done At the end of the measurement campaign, make sure the databases are secured and archived in a proper way Support SCI 52/53 Team: In case no baseline measurements are possible, support the field commissioning team in loop checks and actuator/valve commissioning as part process commissioning
