Working in an established Team, you will focus on one client, supporting their global software deployment of geoscience applications from an IT perspective. Applicants are invited from all industries with a minimum of 1 years work experience preferably in an IT support related role. A Geology/Geophysicist background with a good level of IT is also of interest. Experience in the deployment of software solutions, competency in relational databases or/and scripting skills is of key interest. This is an exciting role, learning from experienced IT and subsurface personnel and actively contributing to an environment where science, engineering, large-scale cloud computing, and modern DevOps intersect. Supported by global offices, the Company is a leading provider of integrated software solutions, covering the entire upstream oil cycle – from finding oil and gas to evaluating the prospects, building the wells, and managing and optimising the production process.
