    We are currently recruiting for a Head of Upstream Projects - Middle East & Africa. This person will be responsible for upstream oil and gas projects and associated in-country project management teams. This will include project services, facilities engineering and design engineering teams. Projects will be executed in areas such as the UAE, Iraq, Iran and parts of North Africa.

    Your teams will be responsible for wide range of capital projects and uphold HSSE, quality, costs and program scheduling.

    You will have responsibility for staffing, project assurance, stakeholder management and all project review and lessons learnt activities.

    Ultimately, this role takes responsibility for the delivery of projects, profit & loss and project management of critical projects.

    Requirements:

    - Track record leading multidisciplinary teams across multiply locations

    - Experience working for a multinational upstream oil and gas operator

    - Educated to Master's level in Engineering, Science or related area

    - Previous experience in a senior management and similar position

    - At least 15+ years of relevant experience in oil and gas, energy or chemical
