    - Supports the day to day operations for Clients. - Upon receipt of tasks from Client to allocate work duties effectively. - Planning and execution of projects to ensure maximum productivity within the operations. - Plan and organize resource utilization. - Ensure that all work is carried out to the required quality in the best possible manner and within the guidelines of industry’s best practices. - Responsible for the coordination of work among all operations personnel being mainly; Banksmen, Slingers, Crane Drivers and Truck/ Fork lift Drivers and for monitoring their respective performance - Conduct and Participate in Tool Box Talks - Involved in carrying out of Risk Assessments - Assist in writing up of Lifting Plans - Motivate, direct, align and guide the team for best performance, monitor performance and provide continuous appraisal & feedback. Empower subordinates and provide tools and technique including process improvement suggestions and follow up on implementation. - Ensure that the HSSEQ requirements are strictly followed. Work in close collaboration with HSSEQ Team ensuring respective guidelines and policies and well implemented and provide necessary training to yard workers. - Track all Team members; Overtime hours, Vacation Leave and Sick leave. Responsible for coordinating the Vacation Leave of staff and respective approval. Ensuring that the right amount of staff is always present before approving vacation leave. - Ensure optimal allocation of equipment to all locations - Ensure all movements are recorded and reported to DMC. - Ensure good housekeeping is done within the yard and quay side. - Provide proper feedback to the Maintenance Team - Assist in other adhoc operations as guided and instructed by the Client - Oversees corrective actions and best-case scenarios for the best outcome to the Client and operations.
