The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the INTELLIGENT OIL FIELD (IOF) Business Process Management (BPM) framework and deliver the IOF Program as per client governance and industry best practices. This position also includes the principal responsibility of defining, analysing and optimising IOF business processes and technology solutions for client's Upstream Oil & Gas Assets, including operated onshore and offshore fields as well as JV activities and non-operated assets This position will be in the client’s Non-Operation Oil Development Department and the selected candidate will be based in QATAR on a long-term residential contract on either married or single status. Experience/Qualifications Required 15 years progressive experience in the oil & gas industry At least 5 years of direct experience in the management of Intelligent Oil Field projects. Strong technical understanding of the Oil & Gas Industry business drivers and practical experience in Well/Reservoir/Facility Management. Thorough understanding of Data Science Methodologies and Process Improvement Techniques. Excellent written and verbal communications skills Has the ability to communicate abstract concepts to management, customers, contractors and staff.
