    As an Onshore Health and Safety Advisor, your responsibilities will include: • Advising on project compliance to Safety Management System and to statutory provisions. • Review and advise on compliance and conformance across a portfolio of projects, specifically identifying trends of best practice and deficiencies. • Supports the Project Management team(s) by giving a project wide safety advisory role – this includes interaction with engineering, project management, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure effective works planning and coordination. • Coach, monitor, review and provide feedback to project teams to promote compliance with all safety related legislation and other related industry standards and best practice. • Provide advice, coaching and guidance to the Project management team facilitating cross-party hazard identification and risk assessment processes using a range of resources. • Assist project teams to review all safety related documentation & safe systems of work for difficult or unusual operations. • Monitor implementation of company safety management systems and the supervision of the construction site works advising the project team on compliance with or deviation from legal and other safety requirements. • Undertake audits on the company’s SMS and also to OHSAS 18001 and supports the project team identify solutions.
