    The Role

    • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
    • Identifies resources needed and assigns inpidual responsibilities
    • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
    • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
    • Manages project budget
    • Analyses & forecast project profitability, revenue, margins, rates and utilisation
    • Sets and manages client expectations.
    • Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
    • Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.

    The requirements

    • 12 + years of experience gained within process engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years as a project manager
    • In depth knowledge of Spray Dryers/Driers within F+B, Brewery and Dairy industries
    • Considerable experience gained in process engineering and project management
    • Ideally gained experience working in South East Asia
    • Flexibility to travel and a strong aptitude through execution stages of projects
    • Experience in leading a design team
    • Experienced in the coordination of installation and commissioning plans
    • A natural in the control of project deliverables
