    Job Description

    • Coordination of cross functional team to identify O&M equipment needs and associated technical requirements • Single point of contact for material requisitions, purchase order development and technical queries • Liaise and engage closely with companies Operations, companies Warehouse and Base Business (BB) Operations to develop a process for receiving and tracking O&M equipment and special tools • Provide technical guidance on spare parts requirements • Collaborates with SCM Group to remove the auxiliary material storages and combine these materials with the existing stock inventory • Contributes to the alignment of Maintenance strategies to determine what materials and in what quantities are required to be available in stock • Identify equipment part list for critical equipment • Provide QA/QC on spare parts required / purchased • Works with Planning and Scheduling Group to ensure availability of the materials at the work place, whenever they are required to be used • Perform risk assessment resulting from equipment not being available when needed • Complete annual budget forecasts • Provide training and mentoring to Kazakh national workforce in the area of materials management and spare parts management
