    We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Site Manager to join a well-known, multi-national company who have a large and perse portfolio of businesses. They are investing heavily into the renewable energy market and currently have some large scale wind and solar projects throughout Ontario and surrounding areas, making it an exciting time to get on board. Responsibilities: Oversee the construction phase and ensure all work is completed in accordance to specifications and standards. Manage the project schedule, budget and QA/QC. Liaise with the design team on electrical design drawings and specifications. Direct contractors, suppliers and operators to ensure the completion and installation is adhered to the scope and requirements as directed by the project manager. Complete all work related submissions to local authority, transmitter, and electricity market operator. Perform QA/QC inspections of electrical installation to ensure work is being done in accordance with design standards. Maintain excellent relationships with general contractors, owners, consultants and sub-contractors. Qualifications: 5-7 years' experience within the renewable energy sector. Construction management experience in the utility scaled solar PV plant. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. P.ENG (Professional Engineer) A PMP designation is desirable. Solid understanding of all aspects of electrical construction, engineering, cost control and regulations.
