    The service holder is responsible, under the FOPS Control Leader’s responsibility, for all the scheduling, planning and progress measurement activities for the FOPS Package, and for all the reporting activities at Package level. The service holder is also entitled to comply with rules and requirements of Project Control (PC) team and shall liaise and coordinate specifically with the Planning and Reporting Leader from this team (functional link). As such, the service holder is responsible for: • Collecting schedule information from FOPS Leaders, propose an overall progress measurement procedure for FOPS, and follow up of the FOPS planning, • Ensuring the activities related to Work Package scheduling, planning and progress measurement; this includes supervision of scheduling and progress measurement activities performed by FOPS Package Contractor(s) during the Execution phase up to end of contracts; • Coordinating all scheduling, planning and progress reporting executed from the various project sites; • In close relation with PC Planning & Reporting Leader, developing and maintaining schedules at FOPS Package level, analysing critical paths and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions and monitoring interfaces delivery requirements with other packages; • Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation; • Ensuring reporting at FOPS Package level (issue of Weekly reports, Monthly Status Report…). • Developing a tool box for schedule and progress measurement as a REX for EPX. The service holder shall liaise actively with the FOPS Package Manager (and Deputy if any), as well as, in general, with all FOPS Specialists, FOPS Leaders.
