Key Requirements


Responsibilities
• Assist the Head of the Maritime Operations Department in providing/managing maritime logistics activities in a safe/cost-effective manner, including piloting tankers, berthing, loading and maintenance of export facilities
• Contribution/transfer knowledge and experience in maritime transport in accordance with the maritime operational model
• Carry out the supervision of the docking/loading of tankers within the parameters of the maritime MOPO parameters without accidents/incidents, while minimizing potential demurrage
• Contribute to budgets related to maritime transport
• Ensure that all tankers designated are suitable
• Maintain operational procedure guides
• Maintain their experience and knowledge through regular docking operations
• Staff competence report
• Complete all documents on time, without incident
• Demurrage and freight charges
• Maintain the minimum demurrage level over which the logistics department exercises control
• Monitor the quantity/quality of cargo, report actual/potential problems to affected parties and possible corrective actions
• Ensure that freight and demurrage requests are accepted in a timely manner

• Captain's certificate in long course class I (STCW 95);
• 8 years of experience in the field of tankers, including at least 2 years of experience as Chief Officer in charge of the operation of tankers
• 4 years of experience as a Pilot/loading captain in an oil terminal
