    Expro are looking for a Contracts and Legal Advisor to provide an in-house service to Expro Production Systems (PS) product line team globally ensuring legal and ethical integrity in all forms of contracts and agreements.
    Requires a focused inpidual with good commercial contracts experience who can provide day to day legal support, working closely with the business on a broad range of contract and commercial issues.

    Key Activities and Accountabilities:

    - Work closely with PS manager, business development and project teams.

    - Review, revise and negotiate terms and conditions in: 1) ITT packages from prospective clients and 2) terms and conditions of Expro's subcontractors and vendors, resulting in contracts and agreements compliant with Expro's corporate risk parameters.

    - Negotiate, draft and review general commercial agreements including: alliance/partnering/joint venture agreements, research and development/marketing/IP licensing/manufacturing/ supply agreements, agency agreements, confidentiality agreements and consultancy and service agreements as such agreements are required.

    - Liaise with internal Expro departments : tax, insurance, finance, supply chain, logistics, compliance as required to ensure thorough and complete review of terms and conditions.

    - Provide legal support at commercial/technical meetings with clients, partners and vendors to ensure the Expro position at such meetings is neither compromised nor exposed to undue risk and that discussions are facilitated to reach acceptable resolutions.
