Overall Purpose of the Job:
To ensure that all procedures associated with WWS Stores are executed in a safe, professional, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • To ensure that the requirements of the quality management system are complied with in all respects and to further develop the system by recommending changes and update of the QA procedures and work instructions relevant to WWS production. In relation to Stores and materials control.
  • To handle inventory material from goods in inspection into stores according to the quality system procedures.
  • To handle issue of inventory material for kitting and other requirements according to the quality system procedures.
  • To raise all the necessary documentation, including SAP transactions, for material handling according to the quality procedures
  • To set up and maintain Bin locations in lock up store and warehouse.
  • To carry out cycle counts and end of year stock counts as instructed by the Production Office according to quality procedures.
  • To carry out the pick-up and drop off of material to local suppliers / sub-contractors as instructed by the Production Office according to company policy and procedures.
  • To ensure that the waste management resulting from goods in receiving / kitting is disposed of in accordance with Expro policy and procedures, and to report any deficiencies.
  • To move stores and project equipment in Warehouse as directed by Production Manger
  • To carry out any other reasonable task as directed by Production Manager.

    Logistics Coordinator

    A vacancy for the above full time position has arisen within the Continental Europe Area. The successful candidate will be based in Den Helder, the Netherlands and report to the Operations Support Coordinator.

    This role is the prime interface between all Expro Business units and remote locations to ensure the most efficient delivery of equipment within required timescale utilising approved logistics freight forwarders. The key factors within this role are supplier performance, compliance with applicable local/international laws, and adherence to Standard Shipping Procedures ensuring acceptable service, quality and total cost management. The job holder must provide a mixture of direction and support as required by the operating country/area.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Responsible for the daily logistics activities within the base and organising local and international transport against approved quotes received from approved vendors

    - Co-ordination of project shipping activities and ensuring delivery of the project within time and budget allocated.

    - Creating of Purchase Order for all Logistics activities and maintaining SAPRAT / DOCUCERT for all shipments.

    - Maintaining Import and Export Registers daily. Full and proper control over all temporary/exonerated imports and inform business 3 months before expiry or re-export date of equipment.
