Key Requirements

Main Specification:
• Conducting daily inspection reports for all environmental issues
• Conducting environmental monitoring that can be done in house (in situ water measurements, noise etc.) and relevant calibration and maintenance.
• Coordination with third party consultants for implementing the environmental monitoring of the project .
• Increase environmental awareness through trainings.
• Actively executes or assists in the investigation and reporting of all accidents, incidents, and near misses.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: • Relevant higher professional education and work experience not less than 5 years in the position of commissioning supervisor; • Good knowledge of the Russian Language is preferable; • English Level: proficiency JOB SCOPE: • The Commissioning Supervisor should provide technical support for the supervision of the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in Wind Farm site. • The Commissioning Supervisor will be part of the Wind Farm Commissioning Team on behalf of the Owner of the plant. • The Commissioning Supervisor will assist the Owner Site Representative in supervising the commissioning activities, which shall be managed directly by the EPC Contractor.
