• To assist with the resolution of supplier disputes
• To prepare reports, both regular and ad hoc.

• A systematic approach to tasks and measures progress against plans
• Effective communicator both verbal and written with ability to produce accurate and timely reports
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Has worked in roles where he/she has had to accept responsibility for data accuracy within own remit and work area and compliance with company and or legal requirements
• Ability to produce weekly / monthly summary reports
• Experience of working in a high volume transaction processing (multiple suppliers)
Desired but not essential:-
• Experience of working with Concept / Sharepoint
• Experience of working in a company that provides facilities management services

    Expro are currently looking for a Certification Engineer to join the team based in Dyce, Aberdeen. The Certification Engineer will proactively perform - including the supplying of information - the storage, maintenance, update, retrieval and compilation of current and valid equipment certification records for operational equipment utilised by the Company / Business Unit / function.     - Support the Certification Department to ensure that the overall purpose of the job (as detailed above) is efficiently, effectively and consistently achieved.

    - Liaise with operational and operations support managers / supervisors to establish equipment certification requirements so that the operational demands of Expro are met in line with customer's requirements.

    - Witness, check and inspect equipment pressure test and associated maintenance and certification documents, ensuring that inspections, checks and reports are performed and completed in accordance with Company procedures and Industry specifications.

    - Liaise with internal, third party and customer representatives on all aspects of equipment certification records and documents.

    - Ensure the timely issue of maintenance job cards and that the subsequent maintenance history updates on the company database.

    - Compile certification records for operational equipment.

    - Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
