Key Requirements

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience within HVAC & Building Services engineering & design within the oil and gas industry, able to demonstrate a record of achievements in the Define and Execution stages of large integrated projects. 2. Experience in commissioning/maintenance and operations of HVAC systems in Oil & Gas facilities. 3. Experience and capability in general Building Services design with demonstrable experience and knowledge of buildings & control rooms associated with oil & gas facilities. 4. Experience in FEED and Detailed Design Phases of Oil & Gas/Petrochemical facilities as well as execution, fabrication & hook­up Phases is strongly desired. 5. Well rounded understanding of design and construction process for Oil & Gas Facilities. 6. Experience in modular design for enclosed & open process/utility systems within hazardous operating environments preferred. 7. Previous experience in Caspian Region and harsh climate projects is advantageous. 8. Must have experience of working within a multi­discipline environment and dealing with end­user (Operations & Maintenance Group) to ensure specific Operational requirements are met in the design. 9. Ability to work well within an integrated one­team environment between the client and contractor.

Service Scope
1. Position reports to Client Lead Civil/Structural Engineer and Engineering Manager. 2. The HVAC Engineer will responsible for coordinating all technical HVAC & Building Services deliverables from the FEED & Detailed Design Contractor and driving technical studies potentially undertaken by other Specialist Consultants. 3. Responsible for coordinating technical aspects within the discipline and ensuring interfaces with other discipline such as HSE, Operations & Execution Groups. 4. Work scope will include liaison with and review of FEED/Detailed Design Contractor’s and relevant sub­contractor design deliverables.
