Job Description

Customer Success Manager - Technical Sales - Account Management - Professional Services - Consulting

I am working with a Software Provider based in Central London who are looking for a Customer Success Manager to become a crucial part of their team. As the Customer Success Manager you will be in charge of the post sale process, maintaining customer renewals and identifying new business goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with great core values. The client have a fantastic benefits scheme and are paying competitive salaries. The client also offer home office as well, with a requirement to travel 50% of the year and vist the London office once or twice a month.

Job Requirements:

  • Ownership of the post sale cycle
  • Maintain existing revenue through renewals
  • Increase and accelerate existing presence within each customer account as trust and value is deleivered.
  • Managing touch points with customers including Steering committees, ad hoc project work and QBR's
  • Making new contacts with customers and developing additional relationships
  • Dashboard creation in order to monitor client status for both internal and external visibility
  • Communicating customer feedback to the Product Management Team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year.
