Key Requirements

Purpose
• Reporting directly to the Onshore Installation Manager you will be responsible for the supervision, technical guidance and execution along with E&I site team during preventive corrective maintenance of site equipment
• You will have the authority to run the activities on a day-to day basis - verify that the deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time/cost in order to achieve production objectives are met
• This position covers specialised E&I works on production site/process and you should be able to troubleshoot/ maintain equipment
• You will have regular interface with projects teams as several major E&I projects are expected rapidly
• You will be involved in technical assessment of future projects and as such will be expected to add your operational input knowledge
• Help on site the project delivery/prepare the team for using/maintaining future equipment

• Have specific competence in Electrical and/or Instrumentation-Automatism, power generation plant, VSD & power grids in the Oil & Gas industry, as well as circuitry layouts in both Electrical/Instrumentation domains from both the project/operational sites.
• Previous experience working in an international environment, ideally in West Africa
• Proven track record as Maintenance Electrical/Instrumentation Lead (technicians management) on operational sites.

    We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Fluent spoken French) who will be based in the Gabon on a rotational contract (28/28) Purpose: • Reporting directly to the OIM, you will be responsible for supervision, technical guidance and execution along with the Mechanical site team during preventive and corrective maintenance of site equipment. • You will have the authority to run the activities on a day-to day basis - verify that the deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time/cost in order to achieve production objectives are met • This position covers specialised mechanical works on gas motors, gas compressors, generators and injection/export pumps and as such the Mechanical Supervisor is expected to have sound experience regarding this equipment and should be able to troubleshoot/maintain them • You will have future regular interface with projects teams and will be expected to provide assistance to those • Knowledge/experiences of Gas Turbines and Power Plants is expected to be able to run/maintain such equipment at project delivery Responsibilities: • Perform highly persified duties to install/maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities when required • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines • Read/interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance/service • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities • Use a variety of tools in performing duties. • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those/any unusual situations to proper supervision • Comply with Company HSE standards and maintain clean/orderly work areas • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed. • Track/maintain electronic records on all maintenance and repairs to machines/facility • Direct/delegate workload to maintenance personnel • Ensure all processes, procedures and documentation is compliant with Company Standards • Interface/coordinate with other disciplines such as Production, E&I and Projects Experience Required • A Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the field with specific competence in gas motors, gas compressors and gas turbines maintenance in the Oil & Gas industry (Caterpillar Motor/Ariel reciprocating compressors/generators). • Previous experience working in an international environment, ideally in West Africa • Proven track record as a Maintenance Mechanical Lead on operational sites • Fluency in French and English are essential If you have the required experience and qualifications required as mentioned, please send a detailed updated CV/Resume in Microsoft word for
