Key Requirements

• At least 7 years experience as Process Supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Very good knowledge of Oil & Gas Plant.
• Experience with Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU)
• Fluent knowledge of English language

Job Description

• Ensure timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the Department Manager.
• Developing Procedures to a high standard when it is request
• Supervise shifts and work scopes, ensuring that all operations are carried out as per systems and as per the Company's HSE and Operating Procedures.
• Ensuring of Processes consultancies to the management and maintaining the Company's position in the Sulfur technology area
• Technical supervisory responsibility for technical equipment related of sulfur technology
• Reviewing and approving major process and equipment design configurations, parameters, and guarantees.
• Prepare all required Field documents, including daily/weekly reports.
• Contribute to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the Department.
• Train subordinates on equipment, job procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the client representative and the office.
• Monitor instruments to assure proper flow, pressure and operational conditions.
• Ensure that operation of equipment is carried out as per the Company's Operating Procedures.
• Contribute to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the Department.
