Exposure to major projects’ design, a good knowledge of project execution strategies and multi discipline engineering activities. • Experience in Fertilizer, Methanol and/or MTBE is considered a strong advantage. • Strong communication skills and proven decision making and problem- solving skills. • Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal. • Strong negotiations and interpersonal skills are required • Personal attributes: resilience, ability to deliver under pressure, learning attitude, ability to give and handle feedback, visibly subscribe to client values
