You will provide application support to the Petro-technical Application User Community, delivering technical leadership to meet “business as usual” demands. Responsibilities: Working as part of a Team at an oil operator site, you will: • Become knowledgeable in the Company’s processes, workflows and technical applications pertaining to the Petrotechnical User Community. • Provide technical expertise to on-going projects and programmes. • Support users and managers with petro-technical applications • Working with IT personnel, ensure petro-technical systems are functioning to highest level of capacity. • Support the Information Management and IT Infrastructure teams on all geotechnical application activities. • Liaise with external vendors of the petro-technical applications when required • Assist with licensing of the Petro-technical applications when needed • Provide support and advice to end-users, Business focal point and IS colleagues in relation to your petro-technical application expertise • Ensure that your petro-technical application support services are provided in accordance with existing service level agreements (SLA) and quality criteria defined by the client. • Create and maintain up-to-date records of documentation like interface visuals, service matrix, service catalogue, SLA etc. • Monitor and report on service availability, usage and statistics of incidents tickets, problems and change. • Strive to deliver timely and professional services to all users and stakeholders involved in petro-technical applications.
