-> Develop Accelerated ISC Systems Lesson Plans • Once Instructors are Classroom Qualified, they will assist with Operations Training Program and Certified Operator Pipeline Project as needed. • Classroom Qualified, Operations Instructors are needed to assist with Systems Training portions of the Certified Operator Initial Training Program. • The candidates will perform work in the operations training department to support the training and examination of SRO/RO Certification students. • The successful candidates will be required to qualify as an Operations Classroom Instructor for the work assignment • The candidates will be required to develop lesson plans for the Accelerated ISC Systems training program. -> Principal Activities and Responsibilities (based on background all or any could be required) • Execute the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process IAW station procedures and policies. • Present classroom lesson topics as defined by operations training program. • Support periodic operational and written examinations. • Revise operations training material IAW approved station procedures and policies. • Support operations training administrative activities IAW approved procedures and policies.

Construction Managers to form part of our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team based on a large Pipeline project in Afghanistan. Although execution will be in Afghanistan, entire engineering and Project Management will be from Client’s Dubai office. • The main objective of the PMC is to implement and manage the overall Development Programme, which includes Pipeline infrastructure, Compressor stations (Phase-2), Pipeline way, Required permits elements. • The team (PMC) shall be expected to assist the client in any way possible to ensure the Development is completed to the required timescales and within their stated budgets, with a specific focus on delivering the works on site during construction phase of the elements. • The project is expected to last for up to 2 years for the FIRST PHASE elements, with further projects carrying on (Phase-2, operational and handover). • Construction Manager will be core team member of IPMT (Integrated Project Management Team) who has to manage the entire execution sequence from client’s Dubai office with occasional visit to the site. • The entire security plan is on client’s shoulder and PMC team will also comprise of Security Manager who will assess the entire plan before sending any team member to the site. - A Bachelors degree (Masters Degree preferred) in Engineering discipline or equivalent - Minimum of 20 years proven capability in Project Controls management - Experience in contract development and administration in FEED / EPC project phases of the Oil and Gas industry in multiple high value projects (above US$ 1 Billion). - At least 5 years of Cross country Pipeline project experience - Professional certification such as AICP, AACE, ASP, PMI-SP® or any other equivalent preferred (but not mandatory) - Demonstrable knowledge of project control practices, planning, cost control and reporting skills. - Experience in review, analysis, cost control. - Preparation of all project governance documents. - Demonstrable relevant experience in the Middle East, Asia. - S/he should be preferably western expatriate.
