We don’t hide our prices - we are proud of them! For too long recruiters have been paying vast amounts of money to oil and gas job search sites that are outdated, inefficient and do little to take away from a recruiters work load.

From the very start Oilandgaspeople has set out to be different, we have challenged the traditional format followed by most job sites and have created a model that greatly improves the recruitment process for recruiters, employers and candidates.

Pay Per Match

Option for small companies and agencies

With Oilandgaspeople’s pay per match package, you don’t pay for job adverts or for access to our candidates. When accessing the site you will be able to view all candidates profiles who match your position. On confirming your interest in a candidate they will receive your job description and will also have to confirm their interest. After the initial match process has been completed you will be able to pay a small fee to release that candidates contact details. On payment you will also be able to access any employment documents they have chosen to upload to their profile.

Credits never expire and there are no hidden charges. No other oil and gas careers / job site, lets recruiters place candidates so efficiently for as little as £25. We give recruiters the best possible chance of placing a candidate before they have to pay. Our match process is highly accurate and our detailed candidate profiles allow for a high level of pre-screening. You can be assured that candidates returned are actually available and looking for work, with candidates having to update their status on the site at least every two months to stay live.

For convenience an edited version of a candidates profile can be printed as soon as they confirm their interest in your position. This is in a format ready to send to your clients. It can even be sent before any payment has been made for a candidate's details! This ensures that we only ever charge for a candidate's details when you have the best possible chance of making a placement.

Unlimited Access Package

For larger companies and agencies

Unlimited access is just that and a whole lot more! The above match process is still followed but the recruiter can access as many candidates contact details as they wish. As soon as the candidate confirms their interest, recruiters will be able to view the candidates full CV and documents. Recruiters will be able to download a word version of a candidate's profile that is in a format ready to send to clients.
