Key Requirements

Education

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing or the equivalent in professional experience.

Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of oilfield experience preferably in the offshore market.

• Five plus years managing a national sales team within the oil and gas industry is a must.

Job Description

The purpose of the role is to direct, plan and lead the marketing and sales organization in accordance with company goals and guidelines to obtain optimum efficiency, economy and growth in line with agreed performance plans, budgets and performance indicators.

In addition the individual will be an active senior member of the US team and all that entails in terms of leadership, business growth and governance.

• Ensure all work processes are in line, adhere to and exceed company QHSE guidelines.

• Keep management abreast of all key activities and submit a written report once per month.

• Monitors the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques.
