Key Requirements

• Travel is required. It is anticipated that this position may traveling up to 85 percent of the

time. However; this climate may change based on the company's and/or the client needs

• Complete the USEPA HAZWOPER, 40-hour, environmental health and safety class, and

annual 8-hour refresher classes

• Ability to manage and coordinate groups of people

Job Description

Provide overall management and leadership to drilling operations

• Ensure Division adheres to all applicable Health and Safety requirements while executing

work activities

• Increase client base, build solid long lasting business relationships

• Primary P&L responsibility for the LFG Drilling Division

• Ensure procedures are in place and properly adhered to such that timely and accurate

invoicing of all work is completed

• Participate in monthly closings and develop monthly work in process (WIP) reports

• Develop & maintain a thorough maintenance program for all equipment

• Provide input on project bid reviews and development strategic proposals

• Ensure that all projects are managed closely such that project margins are optimized

• Ensure coordination and proper scheduling with LFG construction crews

• Build solid and trusting relationships with existing Division members

• Ensure Drilling Division employees adhere to the Company's structured DOT program

• Assist in training and help develop new construction methodologies

• Make sure quality is maintained throughout the Drilling Division

• Work closely with all employees from all Divisions focusing on creating a TEAM

environment within the entire company

• Communicate and build relationships with third party CQA personnel and clients

representative to ensure smooth running projects

• Influence the company's future work by creating positive experiences and long term

relationships with clients and engineering firms

• Carryout other tasks as requested by the company ownership team
