My client operates on a global scale, providing high-level seismic imaging services. The main focus of this position is managing depth imaging services to ensure high quality of service. This includes training and supervision of the Depth Processing staff as well as maintaining an internal management role for the department. Responsibilities for this position include: -Conducting depth imaging of data for clients -Supervising Depth Processing staff in depth imaging services -Ensuring quality of depth imaging services and products -Assisting with marketing of depth imaging services to existing and potential clients -Managing both efficiency and costs of services -Oversee internal operating and monitoring procedures -Dealing with personnel requirements (such as scheduling of work, recruitment, personnel reviews and providing depth processing training) -Communicating with clients regarding ongoing projects -Internal communication with Depth Processing manager to discuss setting of product and service prices, budget deviations and any other relevant matters or information -Aiding budget preparation and departmental strategy Essential Job Experience: At least 10 years of experience within the geophysical industry (with particular emphasis on 2D and 3D Depth Imaging). Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering/Science. MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years experience of senior level business development/sales management experience in the industrial/engineering sector. Proven track record of managing experienced sales team including:coaching, developing staff, monitoring performance. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for North and South America Region and the Canadian Oils Sands. Manage business verticals including: Asset Integrity Management - AIM , Pipeline Integrety Management, Chain Supply and Testing/Inspection to increase market share, improve market penetration and meet aggressive targets.
