The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for providing an independent and highly effective QA process which checks and measures adherence to processes, including regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will monitor and measure the effectiveness of current documented processes and controls within the business. You will deliver accurate and detailed QA reports on a regular and consistent basis, which enable the team to drive compliance and industry regulations. You will support the management team to identify gaps and manage improvements in the performance of the staff who deliver service to the customer. The successful candidate for the Quality Assurance Manager role will have proven experience in managing a QA function within a regulated.
