Job Description First point of contract for Staines invoices Understanding and able to apply knowledge of Global Agreements, Purchase Orders, Contracts and Service Orders (SO) Maintenance of Invoice and Contract/SO registers with new invoices and new Contracts/SO's (held in Ihub) Review contractor invoices to ensure compliance with Azerbaijani (WHT) and UK tax legislation (VAT) Challenges non verifiable items (CTRs etc) and tracks credit notes Expense claim verification Understand cost drivers, scrutinise costs and communicate variances to line manager and respective BRO Understand how the cost systems interact and how the information is derived (SAP, Cost Manager and Commercial Browser) Enter and maintain entries in iHub to ensure all of the team have access to common information and procedures Assist with the Closing Out of Contracts and Service Orders in related to areas of responsibility Provide support for Internal audits Skills & Experience Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word) SAP experience would be helpful This is a contract position.
