Job Description

Monitor the COMPANY Group referential technical resources, decide on relevance then distribute/dispatch to the various entities/project teams or individuals as required. Monitor well operations to ensure compliance with the Company Company rules and TEPUK CMS procedures. Liaise with the various teams, review wellview daily drilling reports as required. Keep up to date with technological innovations from Group & Industry, so as to promote better efficiency in operations. Question established/existing practices, propose alternatives so as to assist in achieving improvements in well operations. Preparing/facilitating both the Drilling and often Production Operations derogation requests to various Company rules & General Specifications including collecting/checking accurate technical data is supplied from the various sources Organise and participate in the Risk Assessments, Hazop and Hazid development reviews/meetings Preparing and updating the major Rig contract Bridging (interface) documents. Participation in the drilling related incident investigation process and/or root cause analysis as/when required with specific emphasise on the methods aspects of incidents/accidents. So as to ensure all lessons learned are captured. Issue and monitor Wells Consent/Notification forms and checklists. Ensuring the various WCM project teams update same as required Identification of best industry practice, which can be incorporated into Company Methods and Procedures.

The HSE Supervisors are assigned to a seismic crew and advise and reports to the COMPANY Supervisor The four persons will be RSES (Responsible for Safety and Environment on Site). They have delegation from COMPANY (or the Affiliate) to act as the Responsible Person in terms of HSE. To be nominated so, they should have valid (at the time of the survey) their BOSIET OPITO. Deliverables (Daily, weekly and Monthly reports are to be provided) : - Daily HSE report to affiliate - Weekly HSE report, as part of the weekly report to affiliate and HQ - Monthly report (including incidents, events and man worked hours) to HQ - Accident/incident report to Affiliate and HQ - Final HSE report Other > Location : UK/Scotland > Rotation : 4/4 The mobilization will be at sea. > Starting date : 2012, April / May . The mobilization of the seismic vessel is anticipated the end of April 2012 or early May > Duration : 3 months. The overall period of service to cover the onboard supervision is approx. 70 days and we anticipate 2 shift with the crew change in the middle of the survey. Job Purpose: - To develop, improve and implement well engineering HSE processes in compliance with HSE management system. - To manage HSE aspects of well engineering activities until dedicated HSE resource are appointed across applicable business units. - To undertake assurance activities across all regions in relation to well engineering activities.
