Job Description
The role is to drive sales growth and marketing activity for all products within the portfolio with responsibility for the development, building and delivery of the portfolio's sales initiatives. You'll have a number of direct and indirect reports and will be responsible for ensuring all sales and profit targets are met.
Key Duties include: to drive new business growth and key account management of existing clients; to monitor sales and service performance by individuals and to proactively manage individual performance; to maintain internal relationships to ensure accurate sales forecasting to enable reliable supply of product availability; define, communicate and implement product strategies; manage products throughout the product lifecycle; develop and present new business opportunities; keep abreast of competitors; to ensure channel and strategic marketing is clear and relevant; provide relevant management information to the company management team as necessary.
The role will require considerable UK and International travel to establish and strengthen client relationships.
You will possess a proven background in healthcare sales and marketing and will have demonstrable experience of managing and developing sales teams. You'll possess excellent commercial acumen and will be accustomed to developing both new business and existing business. In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of e-marketing and will be accustomed to driving business through this medium, amongst others.
