Employing over 5,000 personnel onshore and offshore they are one of the world's leading subsea engineering and construction companies servicing the Oil & Gas industryAs UK HSEQ Director your main responsibilities will includeManage all HSEQ activities on projects within the country ensuring appropriate resources are deployed. Support the execution of internal and external audits. Provide input to Country policy in accordance with the Organisation's overall strategy. Support cross territory liaison and works closely with Offshore Resources for vessel HSEQ issues. Contribute HSEQ expertise to major bids and projects in the country and manages key customer HSEQ relationships. Key relationships are established and maintained with clients on a country basis, industry partners and appropriate professional bodies. A full understanding of legal requirements and active relationship with the regulator is required. Operate within the Business Code of Conduct and within the Expenditure and Authorisation framework and designated levels. Provide oversight of the Synergi based HSEQ data for the country. Ensure an effective level of emergency management is maintained Lead high level investigations but ensures that the appropriate classification, investigation and remediation is conducted for all incidents. Develop a clear progression and succession plan for the role. As a Continuous Improvement Leader your skills and qualifications will ideally include: • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Environmental and/or Health and Safety Science or related field (or equivalent relevant experience) • Several years of applicable experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Strong leadership, interpersonal and written skills are essential as this position must interact with all levels of the organisation. • Excellent computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint and Internet based systems) required. • Experience in implementing HSE management systems (ISO 9001 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001) multiple facility and international experience strongly desired. Job Description

As a Continuous Improvement Leader your main responsibilities will involve: Design, develop and implement effective and efficient standardised Integrated Health Safety Environment and Quality Management system for EMA. Provide advice and assistance to the senior management at all divisions for the maintenance of an effective and efficient quality management system. Train and qualify internal auditors for all divisions including refresher training and monitoring activities. Manage the internal quality audit programme for all divisions and schedule third party quality audits for all divisions. Coordinate and lead all ISO registrar audits and other selected customer and third party audits at all divisions. Provide training for appropriate personnel on new and revised procedures at all divisions. Provide focus coordination for all improvement activities over the EMA organisation.
