They Operator a number of key producing fields in the UKNS and are at the forefront of new technology development within the industry. They have a requirement for an experienced Offshore Installation Manager on a permanent, staff basis. This is a key position with in the organisation and there will be vast scope for development, both within the UK and on an international basis. Duties: In overall charge of the Installation Field and its functions, and is the company representative on site. Legally responsible for all operations within statutory safety zones. Perform the Emergency Response role of on scene commander. Responsible for implementing company policy and related statutory regulations, instructions and standards, and ensures safeguards are taken to protect personnel, the environment, asset integrity and equipment. Ensuring work programs are executed in a safe and timely manner and optimised within the overall work load on the facility. Directly responsible for the performance and supervision of the offshore management team and as a corollary the health, safety, production, maintenance, integrity operations, staff development etc. of the facility and those individuals on the facility. Indirectly responsible for the development and career management of all staff and contractors associated with the relevant asset. Responsible for managing, controlling and accurately monitoring all the portion of the annual budget that is associated with the offshore cost centres of the relevant facility (Operations, maintenance, logistics, MRO, Engineering projects). Contributing to identifying and agreeing the work programs and budgets for following years.

Reporting to the OIM, you will monitor and control all hydrocarbon production and utility systems ensuring that production targets are achieved as defined. Verifying test equipment to be used is within calibration and free from damage. Connect assembly to test equipment in accordance with relevant instructions. Ensuring adequate steps are taken to contain potential spillages. Conduct test and recording results. Reporting: Reporting any nonconforming items found. Updating of necessary records on successful completion of activity.
