Preparation of estimates for M&E works
Early tender stage high level pricing
Procurement plan preparation working with Supply Chain / sub contractors to agree T’s & C’s
Preparation of M&E Database
Prepare reports for tender review and contract hand-over
Prepare risk schedules to indentify and quantify risks and mitigation measures.
