Proven experience Minimum 10 years of experience in purchasing management for industrial plant equipment, particularly for significant international projects in the petrochemical, oil and gas sector. Minimum requirements • BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. • Leadership, Negotiation and Communication skills. • Used to coordinating and managing purchasing groups. • Familiar with industrial plant equipment, materials and strong supplier contacts. • Willingness to travel. Key responsibilities Supervise all procurement activities of the Project, including those to be carried out by the local and site Procurement Offices. Understand the project policies, procedures and schedules and other guidelines defined by the Project Director and prepare the procurement procedures.
