They are currently recruiting for the position of Accounts Payable Analyst, based in Leatherhead. Job Description Inputting vendor invoices into SAP, ensuring contractual compliance. Assisting with monthly payment performance reporting Maintaining scanned invoice archive in i-hub Running weekly and monthly payment performance reports Maintaining scanned invoice archive in i-hub Inputting of vendor invoices ensuring approved, allocated and paid in accordance with contractual terms onto SAP system and invoice register/tracking Follow SAP monthly reporting requirements Provide accounting information necessary to facilitate the formal closing out of contracts, service orders and other miscellaneous commitments Liaise with Cost Department and Maximo Administrator to ensure funds are available for invoice payment Liaise with Vendor representatives to resolve any invoice queries/ rejections that may arise Develop and maintain co-operative relationship with key contacts such as vendors, Verifiers/Approvers, BROs and user departments. Ensure notifications are forwarded to F&C, Baku advising of changes to vendor bank details. Liaise with Contracts team on all contractual matters. Filing invoices for scanning purposes Send remittance to vendors when requested Running Spends reports as and when requested Skills & Experience Considerable relevant experience of Accounts Payable functions Strong IT skills, in particular excel Good communicator - written and oral A team player SAP experience essential Strong interpersonal and organisational skills Team player with a positive attitude This is a contract position. They are currently recruiting for the position of Topsides Construction Piping Engineer, based in Leatherhead with transfer to Baku. Job Description Provide engineering advice, assistance and guidance in the selection of the Construction Contractor to build decks and in following on provide guidance, engineering surveillance & advice as may be required at the contractor's yard to permit a safe and timely completion of the deck build Establish and maintains a SAFE working environment within the sphere of influence, ensuring build contractor compliance with BP HSE control of work process and 8 golden rules. Promotes commitment to Health, Safety and Environment as an integral component of construction activities Provides schedule and build method advice to ensure compliance with project targets. Provide advice on bidding contractor ability to do the work and achieve quality required Takes an active part in work risk identification and mitigation Attend pre start work group meetings ensuring the quality of the TBT meetings are attained and understood by all in attendance Provide engineering advice and guidance to the Construction Contractor at all times and as required. Undertake tri-party piping system line walks to determine mechanical completion and to agree construction punch-lists that might be raised. Provide timely review of and response to the Contractor's site engineering queries and expedite design query response from Design Contractor. Witness and approval of site acceptance tests including hydrotests. Review of AFC piping design documents. Maintain surveillance of the Contractors fabrication / fit-out activities and monitor the piping systems build quality. Confer with BP QC Group and ensure that the Hold and Witness points identified within the Inspection & Test Plans are implemented. Provide assistance to BP QC group during quality audits and assessments of the main contractor and / or their subcontractors. Skills & Experience Detailed knowledge of ASME Code for Pressure Piping B31.3 and related ANSI and API piping standards. Practical knowledge of ASME welding standards and procedural requirements. Fluency in Written and Oral English Ability to read and interpret Process and Instrument Diagrams. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to produce written reports. Computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel. An engineering degree or equivalent qualifications Extensive experience within the Petrochemical / Oil & Gas heavy construction industry as Piping Construction Engineer. Demonstrate previous experience with responsibility for construction punch-list process and mechanical completion acceptance systems, pipe installation integrity and flange management records This is a contract position.
