Job Description
My client requires experienced Senior Mechanical Engineers with a nuclear background, design experience would be beneficial
Project Overview
Working on the Decommissioning Directorate the project is developing a Waste Retrieval Plant to retrieve a large volume of miscellaneous waste. There is a concept scheme developed to Hazop II stage and the project has now transitioned into a detailed design phase with an external organisation
Objective
To support in discharging our Technical Contractual responsibilities as part of an Integrated project Team with the supply chain to deliver the detailed design. The role will predominately be based in the suppliers premises in Chorley or Irlam.
Deliverables
The role will involve regular reviewing of the design, interacting between the supplier and the SL based Safety Team to develop the engineering schedule and the production of DJRs.
