Applying sound business/SCM judgment and decision making to ensure proper and timely negotiation of detailed agreements to support business objectives Suitable segmentation and prioritization of key Scopes/Contracts based on spend data and relevant risk reviews Setting contracting strategies for Production/Wells major activities and being accountable for implementation Within strategic sourcing element develop suitable cost models that underpin strategies ("Should" cost & TCOS) Manage the contracting cycle (Strategic Sourcing, Contracting & Performance management) for high value, sensitive, complex and high profile SoW's Provide management & Coaching on the application of modern SCM principles to the Production/Wells SCM team members Provide coaching to internal clients on the application of modern SCM principles Ensure all contracts reflect approved contracting positions.
