The Global QHSE Director, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for developing and driving the companys QHSE culture. This senior level QHSE professional will embrace the development, implementation and management of a global QHSE system to support the business in its delivery of strategic growth through existing and future international operations. Thorough understanding and application of quantified and qualified risk management techniques including specific scenario modelling. Experience of facilities design and analysis is essential incorporating knowledge of topsides & sub-sea facilities, pipelines and controls, etc. Skilled in the application of Microsoft office systems. Appropriate number of years experience working in the technical safety engineering or process safety disciplines of projects or onshore/offshore oil & gas operations Essential Qualifications: HND or equivalent in appropriate Engineering subject The ideal candidate will hold an Msc in Safety Engineering/ Risk Management and ideally looking to work towards becoming a chartered member of a recognised body, e.g IChemE, IMechE etc. You will also have the right to work in the UK either by EU citizenship or Tier 1 Visa. Degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
