Mechanical services organisation, headquartered in Bucksburn, are seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to join their Pipeline, Process and Umbillical(PPU) division to manage the equipment and asset allocation for the PPU Department, Providing Navision input and support, and providing direction to the Workshop Supervisor and their team

Key Requirements
•Provide direction and support for the Workshop Team to ensure that any issues or concerned with delivery are addressed and all deadlines are met for PPU Equipment requirements for projects
•Produce and maintain PPU Navision Job Commencement Advices in consultation with PPU Manager and / or Operations Coordinators
•Correctly price all job commencements as per agreed contracts and assist with job invoicing
•Act as main communications link between PPU department and Operations Support across all Service Lines, attending all morning Operations meetings and Workshop meetings
•Plan and control main PPU assets to maximize utilization and reduce / manage 3rd party costs
•Perform HSEQA Audits / Inspections on mobilizations as directed
•Assist with the design, purchase and / or implementation of new equipment items
•Review moblists in conjunction with Engineers / Coordinators
•Involvement with PPU AFE expenditure. Involved in specifying equipment types and requirements and liaising during build programmes
•Raise Purchase Requisitions or Purchase Orders for project specific items
•Ensure client mobilization requirements are met and performed to the highest standards
•Assist with offshore and foreign workscopes as required. Although the position is office based there may be a requirement to assist with offshore and foreign operations / workscopes, visiting locations if necessary
•Utilize Navision effectively to ensure 3rd Party Vendors Pos and invoices are managed correctly and relationships are made with key suppliers
•Ensure that the equipment is maintained, recertified, available, dispatched and utilized to a high standard
•A PPU Asset Register is established and maintained
