English, Russian language could be a good advantage Expert knowledge in FEL engineering for Onshore oil and gas upstream projects with special attention to Project Consepts selection process. Vast experience in the Oil & Gas Industry and significant relevant work experience at senior level in Engineering Manager capacity. Expert knowledge of all applicable International Codes, Standards and specifications relation to Facilities Engineering. Professional Engineer with Chartered status preferable. Previous experience working internationally on Major CAPEX Upstream Projects. Operations experience will be a plus as well. Requires demonstrated ability to manage Engineering efforts for major projects in major upstream Oil/Gas Companies, in-house or as part of Consultant's team. Working experience with sour environment is needed. This position will require extended period of time based in the Contractors office and site trips to Iraq during the construction and commissioning phases. This is a permanent position.
