Measure and monitor performance thru Aggregate Planning, MRP, DRP, RCCP, MPS, Network Planning. Plan and manage inventory of blended, imported & locally outsourced grades to ensure optimum stock availability, while contributing to better the Working Capital. Contribute and be involved in weekly Demand Control with Business functions, as a process for streamlining and discussing issues in day-to-day operations. Support in preparation of Supply Review packs monthly in liaison with Logistics, Procurement, Packaging, Finance, Marketing and Customer Services. Provide feedback to regional team on forecast, SKU count, Inventory outlook, Working Capital, Aggregate planning and other micro-level KPIs for FG to work with one set of numbers. Monitor the SLOB, SKUs End state portfolio for all businesses while reporting the same to business.
