We prefer that the consultant has leadership experience within or outside the workplace. • The consultant has good experience in production, but also change management and improvement is an advantage. • The consultant is interested in working with personnel issues and sees a challenge in engaging and developing people. • You have good interpersonal skills and are goal- and results-oriented. • Working on an outgoing, independent and accountable manner obvious to the consultant. • Swedish and English should be mastered unhindered.
Duties & Responsibilities: • The department is responsible for the final flow in the factory including dressing, packing and ancillary activities. • The department is also responsible for transport booking and management of deliveries to customers, including loading of the car. • This responsibility also includes smågodsavdelningen responsible for packing and dispatch of spare parts and project materials. • The department consists of about 35-40 employees, daytime and shift personnel. • The consultant will be included in the department’s management team and report to the manager. • The consultant’s job is to drive and develop the department against the targets set by lead, engage and coach staff and support functions so that the department is continuously developing. • To conduct a systematic work which means that you must ensure a good working environment both physical and psychosocial, in cooperation with the safety officer for the department. • To deliver materials that are right packaged the right quality in a takt flow to the customer’s production lines. • The department’s expenses are set rationalizing requirements, budget and volume changes by regular reconciliations with the customer’s controller. • That personnel matters are handled in accordance with current HR processes in line with customer values. LiveLogistics & Materials IHUC Lead
LOGISTICS & MATERIALS IHUC LEAD required by our client, an International Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on a Contract basis based in Perth and Darwin, Australia. Duration: 12 Months ongoing Principle Responsibilities: Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times. Particular attention is to be placed on the loading and unloading of material, equipment and hazardous goods including load restraint compliance. Participate in the logistics safety and environment objectives and support to manage actions RSES (Responsible for Safety and Environment on Site) Participate in safety briefings and investigations of safety incidents until conclusive close out in cooperation with Offshore Logistics Base Superintendent and HSEQ representative Monitor the Clough material control system to ensure accurate and visible locations of material Ensure all assets, material and equipment is received, stored, preserved and issued to the field in accordance with the IHUC procedural requirements Liaise with Clough and other key contractors to ensure material availability to support the IHUC schedule Ensure the warehouse and laydown areas allocated are used in the most efficient manner possible Liaise with the INPEX Vessel Planner Scheduler to ensure a complete and accurate manifest is provided to the vessel master for each voyage Assist nonstandard urgent material procurement and movement as required Daily call with offshore material coordinators to discuss material, diesel/heli fuel movement This position is directly responsible for identifying, developing and managing materials planning processes to meet the scheduling of vessels from the Marine Supply Base to deliver an efficient and cost effective offshore logistics service for IHUC Maintain company requirements in relation to budget Ensure that the IHUC plans and the means by which they are to be executed are realistic and achievable Produce regular performance reports detailing discrepancies, non-conformance and failure to meet schedule Develop, implement and maintain the necessary procedures and processes to support material movement between the Offshore Logistics Base, Marine Supply Base and offshore facilities during IHUC Attend training courses as and when required Develop and maintain close working relationships with other departments as well as contractors. Maintain strong working relationships with logistics team members Work in a harmonious, safe and efficient manner with all INPEX personnel Work closely with the customers ensure an appropriate level of IHUC service to support the business requirements Develop and maintain close working relationships with peers. Provide assistance to the Logistics team where requested. Ensure problems and issues are managed and resolved expeditiously and intervention occurs when required Experience: Must have large scale O&G project material commissioning experience
