Job Description

For this job we are hiring for someone with a career background in Chemistry ideally in engineering fluids, oilfield chemistry or lubricants (mainly synthetic organic chemistry). The role will involve development of new products, often from scratch in support of market opportunities and involve mainly formulating/formulation of additives. You will be qualified to BSc Chemistry or a related field and for this role we will require someone with experience of industrial chemistry who has run projects and had responsibility for managing their own workload. This role is offered on a permanent basis and in this instance Search Consultancy is acting as an employment agency.

Location: Southern Netherlands Rate: 57 per hour Hours: Full time Duration: 6 months minimum Start: Immediately My client is looking for a Pharmaceutical Packaging Engineer for a build vaccine production project. The role involves working with a team of Project Engineers on complex process machines such as bioreactors. Key Requirements

•BSC or equivalent in a Science or Engineering subject or equivalent time in a relevant lab environment •Previous experience of working in a laboratory in a similar role •Good computer skills, must have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint •Good oral and written communication skills, speak and write English •A mixture of office based and standard laboratory based work •Some field work may be required •Ability to travel overseas on occasion •Limited offshore work – QC support role – may be required.
