    Accountable to the Senior Supply Chain Manager (SCM) for the Commercial Management of IT Department in support of delivery of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Establish and drive procurement strategies in IT across, IT Services, Software, Telecoms, Infrastructure and Support and Maintenance.

    - Lead for all IT procurement, with a focus on high value / complex IT project spend requirements.

    - Embedded Supply Chain lead in support of the IT department.

    - Lead, own, obtain approval and then implement all tactical and strategic IT procurement strategies and contract recommendations.

    - Develop, manage and deliver, day to day contract Management for all IT products and services

    - Implement and own measures that drive a customer focussed embedded Supply Chain Management (SCM) service

    - Initiate and implement measures that deliver targeted savings to time, quality, cost

    - Establish sourcing solutions for all categories of spend within IT ensuring best value decisions are made throughout the supply chain

    - Develop customer account plans with the IT Department on a rolling 12 month basis
