    - In conjunction with marketing function prepare pre bid submissions/pre-qualification documents

    - Control of all Material/Logistics and Procurement issues for the project Marine Group (Pipelines & Sub Sea).

    - Control of Government or Customs issues related to the Import/Export of Materials and Equipment.

    - Asset management, reporting, reconciliation and disposal through SOFAZ

    - Marine Interface for Materials Control activities

    - Preservation Systems operation and follow up requirements

    - Be the focal point for the Materials Management for Company Provided Items on behalf of company

    - Ensure Contractors are operate in line with company Materials Management expectations

    - Review and maintain awareness of the requirements of the applicable Company Specifications, Contractor's procedures.

    - Control the Interface between E&P, Procurement, Logistics & Expediting office and the project Marine Group Contractors on all matters relating to company Free Issued Equipment and Bulk Materials.

    - Ensure Critical Materials are reported on the Procurement Expediting List maintained by the SCM planning engineer.

    - Ensure, that the Contractors Materials Group are recording the receipt of all Free Issued Material & Equipment within the manner specified in the contract for this activity and within the time allowed.

    - Continuous Audit of Contractors adherence to accepted Material Control, Procurement and Logistics Procedures.

    - Represent Company's interests on Materials related issues in meetings as required.

    - Liaison with company Wells/Ops/Offshore Fabrication groups on Insurance spares requirement and arrange transfer.

    - Knowledge of and extensive experience with the contractual aspects of procurement.

    - A good command of the English language.
