Key Requirements
Masters Degree/MBA in Sales and Marketing Specialisation
15-20 years experience
8-10 years relevant experience (with at least 6 years experience in leading Sales and Marekting functions of large construction services organisation preferably in the Middle East).
Job Description
Oversee the sales function and define KPIs to ensure good client relations and increasing sales revenues
Establish a strong key management function and set the KAM strategy to ensure a continuous and strong relationship with all key clients
Develop the corporate brand and communications strategy to ensure a consistent image among all divisions
Oversee all marketing activities within the company to ensure consistency and fulfillment of the marketing, branding and communications strategy
Guide key account management to the benefit of the organisation
Administer the sales organisation across the company for effective customer reach, intelligence and sales performance
Lead the Marketing/Branding initiatives of the comapny to improve the visibility and make the organisation the preferred choice of the customer. Lead the market sizing and forecasting exercise for the organisation

Working Relationships & Financial Authorities
The Chief Sales and Marketing Officer reports to the CEO and confers with the latter on strategic issues

Key decisions having significant impact on the sales or marketing of the organisation are referred to the Divisional General Manager and the CSMO for their views/approval as required before implementation
The jobholder exercises financial authority as per the level established by the BOD/CEO

To develop the brand in the target market of Saudi Arabia for our principal I&C products portfolio. Work closely with our partners to conduct marketing and sales activities. Manage accounts and sales pipeline for all relevant products portfolio and utilizing a sales management system to report and forecast current and future business. The Director of Business Development and operations shall oversee the strategic deployment of stations and C-Stores according to schedule whilst looking out for new business opportunities for the group. Strategic and business planning, deployment, best practices and benchmarking form a part of this candidates responsibilities. This candidate shall report directly to the CEO and shall co-ordinate with the FC.
