• Professionally qualified Metallurgical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business
Administration from a globally reputed institute
• 20 years plus experience, essentially in Metal Vertical with at least 5 years as CEO of a large
globally reputed Group
• Understand, read, write and speak English well
• Arabic is a plus but not necessary

Business Development and Capacity Building: Devising growth strategy and initiating and implementing action plans for the growth of the
metical vertical and to improve the long-term
performance of the Group’s metal vertical portfolio of the businesses.
• Ensuring that a prominent position is sustained in the metal vertical market place both for
manufacturing as well as trading
• Representing the metal vertical in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government
departments and other key contacts to secure the most
effective contract terms for the metal vertical
• Strategic Management:
Providing conceptual inputs to top management in the metal vertical via strategic business
development, optimum resource utilization and operational planning for improving bottom
line performance for the entire metal vertical through top line innovation, improved
customer relationships and enhanced production
