The Manager Legal Function is responsible for the Supporting and Advising in legal Matters for the Business Divisions,

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & FINANCIAL AUTHORITY

Manager Legal Reports to Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and confers with the latter on strategic issues.

Prepare for potential disputes by organizing legal documentation to ensure a strong legal representation of Quattro

Build up litigation management to handle legal disputes with external parties and provide legal counsel to divisions

Perform contracts advisory with Head of Commercial Management to assess legal effects of their terms and conditions and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
